The Express Vendor mobile app is retired. Current store management is available at vendor.ubazol.com. This page remains available for people who used the retired Android app.

UberZol LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Express Vendor app. This notice explains the information used to register merchants, operate store accounts, provide support and protect the service.

Information we collect

Name, email address, telephone number, business details and store address.
Account, device and app identifiers.
Location information where the merchant enabled location access.
Store, catalogue, order and payment-related information submitted through the service.
Messages, images, support queries and other content submitted through the app.
Technical and usage information, including browser or device information and interactions with the service.

How information is used

Information is used to create and verify store accounts, operate and improve the marketplace service, manage listings and orders, communicate service information, administer payments, respond to support requests, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and detect technical problems, misuse or fraud.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, communications, mapping, payments, verification, analytics and customer support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the service, to investigate fraud or disputes, or as part of a business transaction. Providers may use the information only for the work they perform for the service.

Retention and security

Personal data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention obligations. Removing the retired app does not by itself delete an account or its records. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, although no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a merchant may ask to access or correct personal data, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request deletion where available. Some records may still need to be retained for legal, security or dispute purposes.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Changes to this notice will be posted at this address.
